Patriot’s Craft Return Policy

At Patriot’s Craft, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you need to return an item, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds for items that are in their original, unused condition and are not customized with specific monograms to a person, place, or thing. Additionally, items with defects due to the manufacturing process are eligible for a refund. If your purchase meets these criteria, you can request a refund by following the steps below.

Return Timeframe:

Returns must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If the item was delivered by a courier, please provide proof of delivery via tracking.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at info@patriotscraft.com. Include your invoice number and a detailed description of why you are requesting the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that store credit is not available at this time. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

Customized items with specific monograms to a person, place, or thing are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, labor services included in the price are non-refundable. Labor costs vary depending on each project and will not be reimbursed.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items. This fee covers taxes on inventory and inventory services, as all items are made to order and we do not keep stocked items.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.
