Custom Order Terms
How It Works
You submit an order request through our Online Store. We review the details, confirm specifications, and follow up with pricing before any production begins. No payment is collected on this website. Your order is not confirmed until we have agreed on specifications and pricing with you.
Payment
Full payment is due upfront once the invoice or written estimate is confirmed and you are ready to proceed. Patriot's Craft does not collect payment through this website — billing details are arranged directly with you after we confirm your order. Production typically begins within 24–48 hours after payment is received.
Production Lead Times
Cutting boards and charcuterie boards typically take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity. Other items typically take 2–5 business days depending on current order volume. Cutting boards take priority in our production queue. We will provide an estimated completion date when your order is confirmed.
Changes to Orders
If you need to modify your order, please notify us within 24 hours of your paid invoice when possible. A design or modification fee may apply if changes are requested before production begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested before production begins. If production has started, your refund may be reduced to account for materials and labor already committed to your order.
Pricing
Because every item is custom, final pricing depends on materials, size, complexity, and current costs. We will provide a quote for your approval before invoicing.
Content We Will Not Produce
Patriot's Craft may decline any custom request that involves inappropriate content, abusive or harassing communication, or requests that conflict with our business values. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
