Ordering Policy
How Orders Work
All orders begin as order requests submitted through patriotscraft.com. No order is confirmed, no production begins, and no payment is collected on this website at the order-request stage. After you submit a request, we review it, confirm specifications, and follow up with pricing. Your order is only confirmed once you have received and accepted an invoice or written estimate directly from Patriot's Craft.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required upfront once your invoice or order is confirmed and you are ready to proceed. Payment is arranged directly with Patriot's Craft — not through this website. Production typically begins within 24–48 hours after payment is received.
Production Lead Times
Cutting boards and charcuterie boards typically take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity. Other items typically take 2–5 business days depending on current order volume. Cutting boards take priority. We will confirm an estimated completion timeframe when your order is finalized.
Priority Service
Priority service may be available for certain orders. Cutting boards and charcuterie boards carry a $75 priority service fee; other products carry a $35 priority service fee. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us within 24 hours of your paid invoice when possible. A design or modification fee may apply for changes requested before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible and your refund may be reduced to account for materials and labor already committed.
Refusal of Service
Patriot's Craft reserves the right to refuse any order request that involves inappropriate or offensive content, abusive communication toward our team, or requests that conflict with our business values. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your request.
