Returns & Refunds
Custom and Personalized Items
Most of our products are made to order with personalized specifications. Custom and personalized items are limited-return items. We are generally unable to accept returns on completed custom work, but depending on the condition of the item and the circumstances of the request, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the order total plus applicable tax.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items in their original, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us before returning any item to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a defect or we made an error, please contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of receipt. Send us photos or other evidence of the issue. Once we've reviewed it, we will work with you to provide a discount or reproduce the item — at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, keep all original packaging and photograph any damage. Contact us as soon as possible. We may need you to file a claim with the carrier and provide evidence before we can issue a replacement, so prompt action on your part helps speed things along.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please notify us within 24 hours of your paid invoice when possible. A design or modification fee may apply if changes are requested before production begins. If production has already started, changes may not be possible and your refund may be reduced to account for materials and labor already committed to your order.
