Made to Order
Every item is made to order. Production begins within approximately 24–48 hours after payment is received and the order is confirmed.
Production Lead Times
Cutting boards and charcuterie boards typically take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity. Other items typically take 2–5 business days depending on current order volume. Cutting boards take priority in our production queue.
Priority Service
Priority service may be available for certain orders. Cutting boards and charcuterie boards carry a $75 priority service fee; other products carry a $35 priority service fee. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
When Orders Ship
Orders ship after completion and packaging. Once packaged, we generally ship within 24–48 hours. We will notify you when your order ships.
Shipping
We ship within the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on package size and destination and will be confirmed before your order is invoiced. No shipping fees are collected on this website.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional $25 when available. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available free by appointment in Pflugerville, Texas. We will coordinate a pickup time after your order is complete.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available in the greater Austin / Pflugerville area for a $25 fee when available. Contact us to ask about delivery availability for your specific order.

Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address you provided.
